E-MAIL QUERIES

 

These costs are substantially less than hiring a publicist -- typically $2000-5000 a month.  If you want to use this service for a continued campaign for 2 to 3 months, your cost for the second mailing is 80%, for the third mailing 70%, and 60% for subsequent mailings to that same type of media.  Call us to place one of these special orders.  We also work with several publicists who can follow-through for you.

 

E-Mail Queries:

Sent out within 1-2 days of your order.  Responses generally within
1-2 days. 

Postal Queries:

These are no longer available, since almost everyone has e-mails now and only a very few clients have every ordered a postal query.

For e-mail queries to the media, you will receive an Excel file listing the name of the contact and company, along with their city and state.  Then, anyone interested will contact you.  We recommend that you get a separate e-mail to use the media service, since you can expect about a 5% return rate due to recent changes in the media.  We now do a targeted search of our media database, so we obtain the latest data from the service we subscribe to, which provides this service to PR professionals and corporate subscribers.  But even so, the media is highly volatile, with changes everyday, so such returns are to be expected.

For e-mail queries to speaker bureaus and meeting planners, you will receive a report listing the name of the contact and company.  Then, anyone interested will contact you. 

For returning clients, please note we have just changed some of our categories and increased some of the prices due to this new expanded service we have just subscribed to.
